Hard to believe this one. This just shows how much work we still have to do to educate Corporate America on domain name value. A big story like this might help.

Rick, is it possible that the TM that was filed for cowboys.com has been DEAD for some time now or have I missed something.

Not that it matters, or does it ? Secondly does the seller contacting the Dallas Cowboys not show bad faith ?
Please explain your stance.

It's unthinkable (even hilarious) that someone would believe they could buy Cowboys.com for $275. I thought it was a steal at the auction when they announced it was purchased for $275,000.

Regardless of the all the other issues, getting a group of alpha personalities together to pull this off is a sign of bigger things to come for all of you!
